Who can sign up to be a client of yours?

Anybody! We can all benefit from someone helping us prioritize our health to have more energy for our families and God’s Kingdom. Personally, I feel called especially to work with ministers to help them experience more of God’s blessings in their life and to help them do more in the ministries they are called to.

What qualifications do you have to coach someone?

First of all, my own experiences. The things I share with others are the ways that I have improved my health personally, similar to how you’d share your testimony with someone to help lead them to faith.

Additionally, I am an Ordained Minister with the Arkansas Assemblies of God, so I have training and real life experience in ministry and theology. I have also received the credential of CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (Online), so I am approved and trained to coach others in the techniques and practices of CrossFit.

Lastly, this is my passion, so I am constantly learning more so I can improve my own life and be prepared to help others. If an issue arrises that I am unfamiliar with or untrained in, I see that as a challenge that excites me as I learn more about how to find a way to overcome it.

Absolutely! The dream is for this mindset to fill our churches and the hearts and minds of Believers all over the world.
